Anthrologica conducted a mixed-methods KAP study to provide UNICEF with an evidence base to guide the design and elaboration of the national C4D plan and support the Ministry of Justice to increase caregiver and community demand for and utilisation of registration services. Focusing on enabling factors, the analysis considered individual behaviours, perceptions and social norms, identified existing gaps in information channels at different levels, and determined preferences for modes of communication. The final report was produced in English and Portuguese.
